More than a club – a family.

Judo Club Liberty Oradea organized the Jita Kyoei 2 Workshop, a special event that brought together 14 clubs and 134 athletes in a joint training dedicated to the principle of "Jita Kyoei - Mutual Benefit".
Beyond randori and shiai, the day highlighted the essential values of judo: respect, friendship, responsibility, courage and honor, reflected in every technique and every gesture of fair play.

On Wednesday, October 1, 2025, Judo Club Liberty Oradea participated with 12 athletes and 3 teachers in the first "Joint Trainings Oradea" event, a project conceived by sensei Florin Lascău, with a program that will span a period of 3 months, including 6 joint trainings in 2025.

The Erasmus+ sports project "Judo in Schools" was a two-year initiative, running between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2024. It brought together four partner organizations: Judo Club Rijeka (Croatia), Budo Center Athens (Greece), Judo Club Liberty Oradea (Romania) and Judo Newton Madrid (Spain).

At Judo Club Liberty, World Judo Day is an annual event eagerly awaited and celebrated with passion.

The Liberty Judo Club Gala is an annual event that celebrates excellence in judo and community spirit. This special evening brings together athletes, coaches, families and fans to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our club and to encourage a passion for judo.
